Ryan Skrak

Ryan Skrak comes from a long line of construction leaders in New Mexico. Ryan’s grandfather and father worked here in New Mexico building and engineering roads, bridges, airports and commercial structures that we all still rely on and use today as New Mexicans.

In addition to his building experience in Santa Fe and Albuquerque, Ryan spent over fifteen years in the custom home and resort club house market in the South Carolina and Georgia Lowcountry. His knowledge of diverse construction methods and product and materials knowledge enables him to bring a creative approach to every project.

Ryan has a hands-on approach to projects by communicating directly with our clients as well as the craftsmen and professionals on the jobsites every day.

Kristoffer Hamby

Kristoffer Hamby is a qualified and professional leader. At RJS Construction Services, he is able to draw upon his qualifications and experience to provide leadership related to strategy, risk management, operational management, and execution. With a vast experience of working on global, regional, and local projects, he has a proven track record of understanding the nuances of complex projects and ensuring they are completed within required timescales.

His background is as varied as any leading entrepreneur. Having been raised in both construction and agricultural environments, he appreciates the value of hard work. Over his 20 years in Operations Management, he developed an extensive decision-making skillset that further aids him in his role today.

In stressful, fast-paced environments, Kristoffer has a proven success in overcoming major obstacles to keep moving forward despite ever changing environments. With a vast array of experience, he brings all these skills together to ensure that goals are achieved, deadlines are met, but most importantly, that the client is satisfied.
